Are you importing the entire folder or just the keystore(...).json?
It’s confusing - some people get an error (not sure if this one) when dragging the entire folder to import the validator. You need to import ONLY the keystore(…).json.
If that doesn’t solve it, you could ask in the Prysm discord for help with this error.
