during the install I had the message above. I had to choose yes or no, I choose no. Is this a problem?

What ISO where you using and what’s the download link or source where you get the ISO from?
I’m getting the same message. Downloaded from instruction page: https://github.com/dappnode/DAppNode/wiki/DAppNode-Installation-Guide#how-to-install-dappnode-from-an-iso which links to http://iso.dappnode.io/ for the image.
What are we supposed to do at this prompt?

I clicked “Yes”. But that doesn’t mean it was the right thing to do…

According the official documentation, " IRC (in OFTC’s #debian*) is used to get on-line Real Time Help with Debian releases".
In DAppNode this feature will be never used, and does not mind at tall whatever option you choose.
Anyway this should not happen so will do further investigation about it.
