Switching from Prysm to a Minority client on DappNode?

I know there has been some buzz about this on twitter/reddit. I would love to look into switching to a minority client for my validator.

Has anybody done it? How can we go about it safely?
A How-To document for this would be useful.

Thoughts?

My Setup - Nuc i5, 32g RAM, 2TB ssd.
Running Dappnode with 1 prysm validator and GETH
